Next undertook the design and construction of North, a 24 storey mixed-use residential development for repeat client, Platino Properties.
The North is located at 231 Miller Street, North Sydney in the heart of the suburb's business district, which is fast becoming a sought after residential urban hub.
The tower development comprises 60 luxury apartments of one, two and three bedrooms and a whole floor penthouse. The development also includes a communal rooftop terrace with barbecue facilities and a gym area. A commercial / retail tenancy is located on the ground floor. The façade will feature graphic ribbon-like red fins as well as privacy screens.
Award-winning architectural firm, Kannfinch, has created outstanding interiors of timeless appeal, which include high-quality fixtures and finishes such as marble and stone tiles and oak timber flooring.
