Embrace Aged Care, Mark Moran Group

Embrace Warrawee is Mark Moran Group’s latest high-end aged care facility comprising 105 beds, which will provide a supportive, community focused residence.

Next was engaged in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process by Mark Moran Group prior to being engaged as the principal contractor. During this period, Next led the re-design and value management of the new aged care facility. 

Next assisted with design concepts, material selection, coordination with consultants, early subcontractor involvement, compliance review, value engineering, preliminary pricing and programming. 

The eight level facility comprises 104 beds over two towers with linking bridges. The ground floor to Level 4 comprises the residents rooms, lounge and dining areas. The ground floor porte-cochère entry provides a modern entrance to the reception, where the building will be serviced by three lifts.

The development also includes two levels of basement parking and various amenities that will enhance the residents lives, a commercial kitchen and laundry, rehab gym, cinema, hydrotherapy pool, virtual reality room and storage areas.

Externally, the building is wrapped in feature curved façade with architectural screening and green walls which compliment the lush landscaping throughout.
