We are pleased to announce that Next has been awarded the circa $35M contract to design and construct a purpose-built student accommodation building located at 4-18 Doncaster Avenue, Kensington. The state of the art facility will provide modern, quality and vibrant community based accommodation for incoming UNSW students.

The Next team recently handed over another social and affordable housing project located at 73 Cabramatta Ave, Miller. This is Next’s third project for repeat client, St George Community Housing.

Sydney’s ageing population continues to grow, increasing demand and driving the need for innovative, modern aged care facilities. Next is excited to announce that it has been awarded the contract for the construction of Embrace Aged Care, Warrawee, which will provide a supportive, community focused residence.

Next were engaged by Cerno Management on behalf of Revesby Workers Club to refurbish the central core of Revesby Workers Club.

Next has commenced the design and construction of a new 100 bed Residential Aged Care facility (RACF) at the Uniting Edinglassie site in Emu Plains.

The Uniting Edinglassie village currently accommodates a nursing home, hostel, independent living units and a Fellowship Centre.

Next has been awarded a contract to design and construct social and affordable housing units in western Sydney for St George Community Housing (SGCH).

The approximately $30 million project for the not-for-profit organisation consists of two developments located in the adjoining suburbs of Cartwright and Miller with construction undertaken concurrently.

Next has won an MBA of NSW Excellence in Construction award for the design and construction of international fashion retailer, Suitsupply’s flagship store in Sydney. The annual awards showcase construction excellence and reward quality, innovation and outstanding workmanship.

The Suitsupply fitout was undertaken within a live environment in the former Commonwealth Bank Building located in Martin Place. 

Next is looking forward with excitement to 2018 and the start of a new decade of operations. This year marked the 10-year anniversary of the company, which has seen steady and consistent year on year growth since establishment.

Next has obtained accreditation with the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC), which is the benchmark in health and safety in the building and construction industry.

AFR Lists 2017 Fast 100Next has for the third-year running made the list of companies displaying the fastest business growth in Australia.

Next has achieved practical completion of The Buckland, a boutique residential development in Alexandria.

Designed by architectural firm Liquid Design, the development is located on a former brownfield site now transformed into a contemporary residential complex comprising eleven terraces over four levels, seven expansive apartments and secure basement parking.
