Next dug deep, placed their walking shoes on and recently took part in the 2017 Tour de PIF charity event for cyclists and walkers.
With about 200 walkers, Next helped to raise the Property Industry Foundation’s target of $200,000 for the PIF Housing Program.
The Next team contributed close to $2000 which was raised within two weeks.
“We would like to thank our staff for their contributions, whether they participated on the charity walk or donated funds towards sponsoring our team,” said Joseph Di Girolamo, Next Founder & CEO.
“We are a proud supporter of PIF and the amazing work they do to help disadvantaged youth,” he added.
The annual charity event is supported by members of the property industry, who came together to be part of the fun and help raise much needed funds to build homes and provide vital care for at-risk and homeless young people.
Tour de PIF enables participants to cycle or walk a short or long course through Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park in Mona Vale.
The Next team chose to walk the challenging short course of 17.5km. Much to the delight of our team they all stayed on course and were later able to relax with a well-deserved lunch by the water’s edge with fellow industry colleagues.
To date, PIF has raised from the event more than $300,000! What an amazing effort from everyone who took part.
We would like to thank the PIF team for putting on a well-planned and worthy event and congratulate them on smashing their target goal. Till #TourdePIF2018.
