Next is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Garling as Managing Director.
He will replace Mark Di Noia, who will continue his involvement with the company as a Non-Executive Director on the Next Advisory Board.

Rob, who will oversee the daily operations of Next has more than 37 years' experience in the building and construction industry. He is looking forward to the challenge of transforming and building Next into a trusted Tier 2 contractor.
During his career Rob worked in senior management positions for major construction firms such as Hansen Yuncken, St Hilliers and Taylor Construction. He served as Managing Director at Taylor Construction for 5 years before establishing his own consulting firm providing services in the property market.
Prior to accepting the Managing Director position, Rob provided consulting services to Next with a focus on business planning, buildability, operational strategy and mentoring key staff. He gained a valuable understanding of the company, the projects and the needs of the teams delivering the projects.
Rob commented: "I am looking forward to building on Next's experience and record of delivering projects ahead of schedule and to further develop the business across diverse market sectors."
He added that his approach to building a business is to take a longterm view by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors as well as putting together both the management and delivery team, which will consistently deliver this approach.
"We plan to expand the business by ensuring the services we offer in construction, fitout and refurbishment across the private and government sectors are second to none and our clients look to engage Next to deliver all of their future projects."
