Next recently handed over the new Eat Street food precinct at West HQ in Rooty Hill.

"This project is another successful example of Next’s expertise in delivering projects within live operating environments and managing multiple stakeholders", said Next’s CEO Joseph Di Girolamo.

Next staged the works to ensure it was business as usual for West HQ and other operators at the site including Novotel Hotel, the Sydney Gymnastics & Aquatic Centre and the AMF Bowling Club.

The project involved the extension of the existing building footprint and a complete refurbishment including major structural and services reconfigurations and the fitout of all of the restaurant offerings, amenities and external landscaping surrounding the venue.

The Eat Street food precinct offers great variety with Corner Café, Eat St. Bar, Gelatissimo, New Town Thai Street Food, PizzAperta Manfredi, Steak & Co. by Sean Connolly and Chu Restaurant.

Next are also building a new 570 space Carpark at West HQ designed by COX Architects, which is due for final completion in early 2020 and a new Western Entry which connects the Carpark into West HQ providing parking for patrons of the new Performing Arts Centre know as the ‘Colosseum’.
