Next Constructions assisted Henroth Investments Pty Ltd's seamless relocation to new offices by successfully delivering the project ahead of the scheduled six week program.
The firm relocated from Surry Hills to offices spanning levels 6 and 7 in the landmark Eastpoint Tower at Edgecliff.
The scope of works for this high-end commercial fitout involved structural works to remove an existing concrete stairwell between the floors and construction of a new structural floor to cover the original floor void. The existing masonry walls within the tenancy were utilised.
The mechanical system was completely refurbished, along with the installation of a new fire service, lighting and power upgrade. The existing hydraulic system was extended to accommodate a new kitchen, kitchenette and refurbished amenities.
Tenancy finishes included the installation of a new ceiling grid, which was completed with perforated plasterboard. Extensive glazing was used throughout the tenancy for full height office partitions and for the stairwell's frameless balustrade.
Other finishes include timber veneer doors, vinyl fabric walls, feature tiling to foyer and wet areas and commercial carpet for the general floor area.
